Second Story is a free service. We are not a lender or mortgage broker. We do not take loan applications, make loans, set rates, or make credit decisions.

When you submit your answers, we share them with our lending partners so a licensed loan officer can contact you about your request. Our lending partners may pay us for this.

Not a commitment to lend

Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. All loans are made by our lending partners and are subject to their credit approval, property appraisal, and underwriting. Not all applicants will qualify.

Your choices

To stop calls and texts, reply STOP to any text or tell the caller. To have your information deleted, email privacy@secondstoryequity.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
